The home on Nadalin is a “Currant” model, and not “Current”. Although you could definitely argue that it’s “up-to-date” as well.
Some people might look at carpet and be turned off, but if the stairs are hardwood, the flat-lying floor is a pretty easy job. You’re looking at around $7 per square foot for materials and labour.
