So… the pictures still suck on 211 Rowe. It’s been around since April, and the price hasn’t changed. There’s so much that COULD be done to help this sale along – furniture rental, virtual staging, better photos, better range hood… and so on…
And don’t forget to check this one out on Bell Street. I think they aimed a little bit high, but the demand is HUGE for a four-bedroom double garage on a decent 50+ foot wide lot.
This one probably isn’t going to be showing up on the Toronto Real Estate Board, which is a real problem.
Most agents coming from Toronto and Mississauga don’t even KNOW about the Oakville-Milton MLS system, and they have NO access to these properties through their Toronto MLS system. They are completely separate databases. And with nearly half of all Canadian Realtors being members of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB)… that’s a big audience to miss.
