And for the second day in a row, we have an extremely overpriced single car garage, listed in the $590’s. We’ve seen a handful of homes that have sold around $600k with a single garage, but they were WAY better than these ones. It seems like there are two markets that exist in Milton right now – either you’re turn-key, move in ready… or you are appealing because you have the most size in your price range.
Off to the beach we go – I’m off to Dominican with the family for a week, so we’ll just be sending emails in the meantime. When the cat’s away, the mice will play!
