The guys on McJannett definitely mean business – the crown mouldings, the hardwood and upgraded kitchen… and under $350k makes it the Chuck Pick of the Day ™.  I think the one on McDowell with greenspace behind is a gem, too.  Pretty quick list with only a handful of properties.

I’m gone for a few days to Collingwood for a conference, so I’ll do my best to get some emails and videos out while I’m gone.  One of the main things we’ll do at the conference is our “Bucket List”.  Have you ever thought about the 50 things you’ll do before you die?  Which three will you do this year?  I was first introduced to the concept about 10 years ago, and it remains one of the most important things I’ve ever done.  Take an hour and come up with that list.  As my hero Ferriss Bueller says, “Life moves pretty fast… if you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
