What a triumphant return to the daily episodes! What a list! Dios mio!
We were on an island just south Dominican for the last week at a resort called the “Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado”, but came back last night. I apologize for the “chilled” out tone of my voice… I really relaxed. But starting to get excited with all these great homes.
Combined, I bet this is one of the better lists of 2013, including some killer townhouse deals (plus look out for the awesome deal on Middleton!), and some good value in the upper ranges too. Bonus, I’ll share one of the easiest, highest return fixups you can do (hint: it’s in the kitchen), a dangerous strategy when selling a newly-built home, and the state of mind you should be in when looking at a home on a busier street.
