If there was a noticeable obstruction in the middle of your driveway, would it be a reason NOT to buy a home?  Especially when the rest looks terrific… I don’t know.  But I HAVE seen it happen with one model in particular, first-hand.  Buyer gets out of the car and SLAM!  Hits a post in the driveway.  Needless to say, it didn’t make their final list.  🙂

Plus, there’s a three-bedroom condo near downtown Milton for $225k – yes, that’s right, two and a quarter… which I think is very good value.  And the pick of the day goes to the townhouse on Higginbotham, with really delightful finishes and just under 1900 square feet of space, although some of it may or may not be high-use, depending on the buyer.  Collis is a good one too.  And we’re going to be launching two terrific double garage homes later this week, so stay tuned and I’ll make sure you’re the first to know about them.
