They WERE taking offers on July 24th on 620 Ferguson in today’s list, but apparently they got BULLIED, which means someone sent an offer that was accepted before the offer date.  You can see the “Sc” under status, which means it’s “sold conditional”.

Another one that’s scheduled to take offers on July 24th is Kelly Gate, and based on the photos, I bet it sells for more than $500k.

And that LOT on Parkway is amazing.  It’s almost DOUBLE the size of a very respectable Dorset Park property.  Homes barely EVER come up in this area, and this pocket houses some of the largest properties in all of Milton.

I did research on that property on Sixth Line.  Be very careful about the hydro line easement on the corner.  I think $500k+ per acre is really high.  YES, it faces the 401, which adds value… but it’s not exactly the idyllic rural setting if you want quiet country appeal.

Oh, and the pile of trash in the driveway and broken garage door?  Would have been nice to take care of that before listing.

Plus, in the Oakville-Milton MLS list, there are two great deals on condo townhouses, and another sweet deal on a detached with a finished basement.  Etherington actually UNDER-estimates the size of the home, which is pretty rare to see.  It’s a solid deal at $689k.
