Except for one thing: it’s not IN Drury Park. Nope, it’s in Old Milton, just steps from Main Street, Troy’s and the Farmer’s Market… on a big 66 x 132 foot lot with rolling hills and a walk-out basement with a second suite in the lower level.

You won’t find anything like it for years. And the best part? The price is $55k lower than the last time it was listed.

The house on Scott is well-presented, and it’s easily the lowest-priced way to get into a double garage right now.
