It’s the return of the BBB – the “big boring box”. It seems like there are far more empty, plain homes that are listing in 2013 than anytime I can recall. Mostly, I flip through them pretty fast. Give me a home with a fence, some window coverings, some appliances (not to mention accurate square footage) and maybe a tree or two… that’s where it’s at.
Anyway, still a few winners in the list, including Knight and Savoline.
