In this episode, I’ll talk about the price per square foot for the average Milton condo, plus the thing people can’t STAND about Mattamy townhouses. My favourite home of the day is a two-storey on Valleyview with a nice layout, backing onto 16-Mile Creek. People WAIT for these kinds of lots to come up, and this is the perfect season to admire the view. Overall, the quality is definitely there in a few of them… check it out. And Jack makes an appearance at the end of the video again!
