Today’s list has the cheapest home listed so far this year… it’s a teeny little townhouse on Steeles for a buck seventy eight. Might be a good one for an investor, with a potential tenant who is willing to stay.
Besides that, there’s a couple of nice detached homes with lots of parking (one is a double garage, the other is a 1.5 car garage) and finished basements well under $450k. Sure beats buying a semi in that range, at least in my eyes. Oh, and I really like the 1-bedroom at 100 Millside, if you’re looking for a mature-friendly building.
