Today I’m outside of our office at 450 Bronte Street to change up the scenery, and I’ll give you a quick pass on some things to watch for in the list.
Hayward, Foster and Merritt are all close to each other, but there’s a big difference in impression between one street and the other two.
Tight dropped by $120k (and $160k from their initial price), and it’s safe to say that it’s under-listed now. Although that doesn’t always work in this interesting post-April market.
