This weekend, we took a ride on the Big Bike for the Heart & Stroke Foundation and raised just over $3,000 for the cause.
It was a lot of fun with some amazing friends and clients.
Today there are 35 listings, and it’s nice to see that our comments have enough of an impact to drop the price on Woodward by $36,000 or so.
Actually I don’t believe I have that kind of power, but it’s still a good idea from their perspective. The higher price was too high, and now they’re in the right spot.
Then we’ll talk about “linked” homes and why they can be tricky to sell, and the property on Nunn Court has it all for an asking price in the mid-$800’s – quiet street, double garage, finished basement, pie-shaped lot and great finishes with a solid open concept layout.
