It’s a bit of a quieter day today, with only ten properties. My favourite of the day is 587 Laurier… a semi-detached on a deep lot in Milton is more desirable in my eyes than a newer townhouse… and possibly even less expensive.
I would be skeptical about the size quoted on Hanson… although I do know the builder did a few “extended” models.
I’ve said this many times on MDH. DO NOT believe the square footage the agent quotes, and ask for proof of everything. We have at least 60% of the floor plans in the entire town of Milton, and we’re glad to help you anyway we can.
Besides… people NEVER lie about size, right? 🙂
