It’s a “Shake My Head” kind of list today, so get ready for a rant. If you’re even a casual Milton Daily Homes watcher, then you know how important it is to create a good first impression online. Most of these homes need to put away the clutter and pick up a Digital SLR camera (or the phone and call someone that can take really good photos).

There are a few highlights, like the updated kitchen on Trudeau. That home and Fasken have very “configurable” main floors that allow you the option of changing the position of your dining and living room.

And a few of the homes in the east “newer” areas are starting to creep between 10-15 years, which is traditionally a time when you need to replace a roof or a furnace. So watch those items when going to visit homes. If you can’t tell the age of the roof, windows, furnace or the house, you should really consider asking a professional for help, or come to our monthly Buyer Class. Thanks for watching!
