When someone lists a home with an asking price of $420k, do you think there’s some kind of nod to the “Cheech and Chong” fans out there? You’ve gotta wonder.  Let’s spark it up in today’s episode!

Plus, Porter claims to be priced fairly, so that you can avoid those ugly bidding wars. But is it really? I tend to think their price is still pretty fair, with a possibility that a few people may like it. But at least they’re not holding back for anybody. You like it, you buy it. It won’t last long though. I know that phrase is cliche, but in this case I believe it to be true.

I confused Gazley – it doesn’t side onto greenspace… that’s another one on the street. But the lot is still MASSIVE. The interesting thing is that they probably receive HALF the benefit of the lot for being a semi-detached. If it was detached, I could easily see a $50,000 premium (or more).

Even though Robarts has dated finishes, the size plus the finished basement, and the forest behind make it attractive for the price of $899k. Lots of greenspace in Milton, but not many trees behind these homes – it’s much more common to see flat land with some shrubbery.
