Today’s list falls a little flat. I think many of the homes are much more “out” of the market than “in” the market. Let’s hope February brings some better deals than this. 🙂 One potential option is a 5-bedroom Spirit home… it’s one of the cheaper options if four bedrooms just won’t do… $569k. But I’m reaching for something here…
