No commentary today because it’s just three properties and none of them are particularly complicated to discuss.
The bungalow on Mountainview looks terrific, and it’s probably heading for a $700k+ sale on offer night. The 6020 Derry townhouse has a great little home office on the main floor with a small walk-out yard backing onto greenspace, and the only other comment I have is the Zimmerman townhouse does not appear to be holding back on offers.
And seeing as this is a late night post, we just sold Asleton for the highest price ever for a single garage townhouse. #MicDrop
