Marks is priced competitively – if you can live with the street noise. And even though Costigan is aiming high on price, I’m a big fan of a main floor large condo for someone moving from their larger house… it’s a much smoother transition and it feels like you still have a yard.

And if you can float a budget near $2 million, the MacArthur house looks lovely. I still give the edge to Wood Close, which we showcased last week.
