Even though it’s not as low-priced as yesterday’s Village Townhouse, Willingdon is “ready and willing” to get a buyer. It’s a Cherrywood model by Mattamy.
I saw Hanson last night, and it needs a little work… but that same model has sold for $20k higher than they’re asking… so I bet it still sells quickly. The drapes in the ensuite are a little too “see through” for my taste, so that would need to be changed – unless you enjoy peeping toms. 🙂
Also saw Leger Way. Wow, that pond view is nice. Great layout, well-finished, and after the monster sale of the same model on McJannett last week, I’m betting this one is getting more than one offer when they open up for offers on Sunday night.
Many people who read this blog or get our emails say, “I would never compete with another offer” and I think that’s just silly. But what I think they really mean is they don’t want to overpay. I’ve had clients in multiple offers that have still walked away with a good deal, but that’s because they were educated and we knew when to walk away. Which is why we posted today’s video, which was a childhood favourite song of mine.
Oh, and Snider might be in a position to break the record for highest sale of a single garage. It’s very nice. Here’s the layout for that one (look for the Snowberry model).
