The home on McNeil is listing during a time when prices have been very up and down. Predicting their final sale price is about as easy as predicting next week’s lottery numbers. There have been a handful of higher sales, and a whole bunch of low ones.
Nice to be back with an actual episode… there were finally enough properties to make it worthwhile.
