I read a fascinating study about greenspace recently, and one of the findings was that homes on smaller lots with access to green space command a higher value than a similar-sized home on a LARGER lot that is not directly affected by greenspace.  Plus, 50% of buyers would be willing to pay 10% more for a house located near a park or protected open space.  There are some fascinating stats in this report… I’ll share more throughout this week.

And if you’d like to come to the Buyer Class on Saturday, just sign up at MiltonBuyerClass.com.  We start at 10:00 am, and the price of admission is a Food Bank donation.  There are only 5 listings today, so it’s pretty quick.  Two of today’s homes, coincidentally have greenspace nearby.  Have fun. 🙂
