Well, a few of today’s homes have dropped their price MULTIPLE times, and that can lose a lot of momentum. I think they need a little magic from Ron to re-position their price drops… “BUT WAIT! There’s more…”

And I have some mixed feelings about a Timberlea home on a busier street – they’ve priced it right in the middle of two sales that probably represent the high and low prices that it could sell for. Arthurs Way is NOT 3000 square feet, or even 2900 square feet. It’s not even 2875 square feet. But folks – for today only – the size of this home is really and truly 2850 square feet. How do I know? Because that’s MY floor plan. Obviously I like the layout, and the asking price is $20k less than a very similar sale of that model just a few minutes away.

The owners have put a lot of work into this one, and there’s a big park just a few doors down, and a library you can walk to in less than five minutes.
