We’re back with another video… and you can tell from my pinkish hue that I got a little too much sun on the weekend.  Today we’ll talk about danger zones like baseboard heat, new condo buildings and bedroom sizes.  And a good lesson from today – structurally sound is far better than cosmetically nice.  The return on investment is much better for new flooring or paint than it is for a furnace or a roof.

The home on Vickerman is a great deal.  Even last year the same model sold at $575k on Zimmerman.  Nice layout, big yard.  It works well even if you want a yard that’s more like the older area.  LOVE it.  Ring the alarm bells on that one.
