There’s a new diagram showing the location of future development projects in Milton on a map, and I’ll talk about it at the beginning of the episode.

Although we hear some long-time residents complain about how “small town” Milton has changed, for the most part I’ve enjoyed my 14 years (and counting) living here.  It’s a vibrant, multicultural community surrounded by a beautiful Escarpment and protected rural area.  The future is bright, including two major business park nodes, more transportation options, and the Education Village in partnership with Laurier University.

And if you recognize the title of this episode, you’ve watched Dora the Explorer a few times, like me.

Miltonbrook is back with a lower price, and McDowell and Whaley are both strong picks for the day.  There’s even a log home in the list.
