In today’s list, we have a condo townhouse for $399k, a freehold townhouse for $499k, a double garage with a pool for $729k that may already be sold, and I’ll show you a home for $999k that I probably wouldn’t buy for that budget. Many of these prices haven’t been seen since last year… so if you missed your opportunity back in 2016, you might have a second try right now.
I mention in the video that a few types of properties have been hit especially hard by a changing market, and also by their recent competition… but it’s important to remember that these homes were some of the most rapid to increase when things were booming.
