One of my favourite listings today is a home that might show its age, but with the right work, I have a feeling that the “after” version is worth far more than the investment to get it to that level. I believe it’s universally true that someone who makes something BETTER than it already is generally gets compensated well. If not in the short-term, then definitely in the long-term.
We also have the first listing on the premium streets in old Milton… this one is on Clements. My prediction: this one is going to sell for top dollar, and the rest of the spring will be filled with heavy duty sale prices for streets like Robertson, Gowland, Clements, Anderson, Kingsway, etc. The fact is there’s a lot of demand to live on those streets.
