It’s so funny… yesterday I warned our subscribers NOT to watch… and the website numbers actually went UP. Go figure. 🙂 Maybe on the good episodes I should use the same approach LOL.
Do you remember that song from the 80’s called “Let’s Go All The Way” by Sly Fox? I feel like one of today’s homes goes half of the way towards staging, but the impact would be much greater by going “all the way”. Aside from my dislike of the word “staging” and the associated feelings most people get from hearing it, I believe in the concept of creating a welcoming home that a buyer could IMAGINE moving into. Which means a few key ingredients have to be there, or the entire effect is ruined. Years ago, I had a “stager” put two wine glasses by the soaker tub in an ensuite, and I told her to remove them. How many people out of 100 even USE their tub consistently, never mind leaving wine glasses in the bathroom versus bringing them upstairs if it’s a “special” night? Anyway, today’s list is better than yesterday, and there’s a lovely double garage on a big pie-shaped lot in the Coates neighbourhood, which is one of my favourites because of the schools, the appearance of the homes, and the central location with easy access east and west.
