I believe that when you put energy and intention out into the world, things start to appear.  I’m looking for a single person, a couple or a family to come meet me at the office tomorrow (Friday) night sometime after 5 or 6 pm to talk about their plans of buying a home.  It’s someone who wants to get started, and buy a home before the end of the year, and they’re looking for honest advice and a great explanation of the steps and costs involved in buying a home.  They want to stay safe and do things the right way, and have high expectations of their agent to be a guide and a consultant.  If that sounds like you, then just email me or give me a call and we can get together tomorrow at our amazing new office space at 450 Bronte Street South in the new Greenlife Business Centre.  It’s strange, I’ve been watching that place in my calendar, and it just feels like someone who needs my help wants to come in.  Never really had that sense of “intuition” before.  Hope it doesn’t sound too weird.

Today there are four properties, including a good deal on a 1300 square foot townhouse with a finished basement, plus a completely renovated home with a pool.  And I’ll show you one of my least favourite floor plans, and why I don’t ever recommend it.
