I don’t know about you, but my 10-year old sense of humour never quite grew up. I’ll point out a funny description (at least to me) that reminds me of “doo doo” and changing diapers. Not exactly the word picture you want to associate with a really nice home. 🙂 But then again, maybe it’s just me and you can laugh “at” me instead of “with” me.
With McDowell, what you see isn’t always what you get. It certainly has the potential to sell for more than asking. And Beaver could be the best home of the day, but there are no photos. The description and the double garage have me VERY interested in seeing more.
The house on Peru has some very intriguing architectural features, and any 1/2 acre lot THAT close to town has intrinsic value. But with the Milton Heights development plans, the new Tremaine Road and the existing industrial between Peru Road and 25, I would certainly want to do my homework.
