Today we’ll look at the minimum starting price point in Milton. Wish it wasn’t so high, but that seems to be the way it is everywhere. We are up more than $70,000 compared to last year (see the Price Report video)… and for most people it’s impossible to save that much after taxes, even with the most minimal expenses.
Pick of the Day ™ is Wilks Landing… it’s a good price point for a double garage, even though it’s not entirely clear from the first photo that it IS actually a double garage. Larger lot and great finishes seal the deal. Here’s the floor plan.
