I had a really fun Milton day yesterday for my birthday… went to Troy’s Diner for breakfast and saw Walter Gretzky, then walked around Mill Pond and fed the geese… then to Springridge Farm to get a pie and some lunch… went to the movies… came home, met up with my parents and went out to Portabello’s.  Now THAT is what I call a great day!

So, it’s time to review today’s homes.  1491 Maple #108 looks like it’s about 50 square feet thanks to bad camera shots and cluttered furniture.  However it does look like a good deal – one-bed plus dens are hard to find under $270k.

I like the price point for Peru Road… a bungalow on a huge lot close to town for $575k is great.  It’s close to the train tracks, and the surrounding area is zoned FD (Future Development), so just make sure you do your homework on the area first.

Speaking of being careful… make sure the builder at 1076 Woodward is registered with TARION, otherwise you are on your own if something goes wrong after moving in.

And the builders at Stoutt are friends, so we got to see it as they were building the property.  They had to take each brick from an existing house and put them in EXACTLY the same place in this new structure.  Either way, it turned out amazingly well.

And that is today’s theme song… courtesy of the Arctic Monkeys!

And I don’t see $160k difference between Cusick and Wettlaufer.  Those are two great floor plans – the Wellington and the Red Cedar – see the links for floor plans.

Big game for the Blue Jays tonight… I’ll be watching and catching up on some work after having a fun day yesterday.  🙂
