I can’t wait until tomorrow to talk about 327 Baverstock, but in the meantime, here’s a sneak preview.
Also, our next Buyer Class is on Saturday, and we’d love to see you there.
The condo on Sauve brings up an important issue – building quality. I’ll share my thoughts on which buildings are better built, and why you should put them in a higher category than the other ones. I’m also glad to share the buildings I would never buy in, if you ask nicely. 🙂
And I suppose my message with Hayward is that you’re better to fix your deficiencies than to put sexy furniture in a home that still needs some fixing.
Staging works best when the basic elements are in decent shape, with no noticeable deficiencies. And leaving a dehumidifier out is generally not a great plan when you take listing photos. It doesn’t ALWAYS mean something bad, but it’s still something that doesn’t need to be there.
