The last two properties in today’s video are two of my favourite backyards right now. The pools barely even make a dent. And the houses aren’t so bad, either.
But first, at the beginning of the video, I’m going to peek inside our latest Price Report to show you the most important measure of the market using a simple graph plotting two different signs of supply and demand.
I’ve been watching this same graph for more than ten years, and everything I’m seeing indicates the Fall market will be a balanced one.
Also of note – a very nicely decorated bungalow backing onto greenspace on Centennial Forest in Drury Park, and the corner townhouse on Baverstock. I mentioned it yesterday, and it’s finally here.
You won’t find a better looking house under $650k anywhere in town.
