There’s a home in today’s list that is SO FAR off the mark for pricing that I am flabbergasted.
We see homes all the time that are a touch – perhaps a smidgen – very slightly overpriced. But I can’t even believe that a homeowner would consider this price a good idea.
My God. It’s bad.
To the point where I doubt they would have even received an offer this high at the PEAK period. Seriously.
In other news, there’s a detached home for $679k that is priced right. It gets the Pick of the Day ™. And I’ll navigate you through some condos and a home with an addition in Dorset Park. All in a day’s work for the Chuckster. 🙂
