Yes, it’s true… we have two overlapping real estate boards in town. The Ontario Regional MLS covers most of the west communities, and the Toronto Real Estate Board tends to be where most of the listings eventually land.  Having a home listed on both systems is the key to getting the most exposure when selling.  But on the buying side, it means we need to plug into two different systems, which is kind of a pain.

Oh and there’s a home from yesterday’s list that Semone from our team scooped up for her buyers. I’ll let you guess which one! 🙂  Despite what you may read or hear, there are still good deals in this market, but you need to have your ear to the street because the window of opportunity is short.
