As I reviewed the sales from the last week or so, I noticed that 80% of the buyers were paying at or above market value, and only about 20% got a good deal.  Sadly, most of the time it was an out-of-town agent whose clients paid an absolute premium for the house.  Make sure your agent has local knowledge, and really ask yourself if THEY would walk away from a deal if they believe it’s not in your best interests.

Great deals today in all price ranges – Patterson and Lorne Scots definitely come to mind first, but there are at least 5-6 that deserve two big thumbs up.  And we’ll talk about why Drury Park is in such huge demand (the last two homes in that area have sold without ever hitting the market).
