When the “Main Street Townhouses” first came out, I have recorded history on Milton Daily Homes with me saying on many occasions, “Who would buy these things?”
Well, age and experience sometimes leads to wisdom, and I now see them as a very attractive product. For $467k, you’re getting an almost 1600 square foot double garage house with the only downside being a lack of a yard.
Essentially you trade a backyard for an extra garage space, which is something I could see many buyers choosing to do.
And don’t hit your head on the sliding door at Michener! Especially if you’re tall like me. Doh!
