Thompson Road has an interesting driveway situation … you don’t see too many semi’s with a semi-circle driveway… but how many parking spaces do you REALLY have? And with the home next door… will it look like a used car lot outside of your house?
And when I look at the condo for sale in Nadalin Heights, it’s a smaller unit than you’re finding at the Bristol on Main or Maple Crossing buildings by James Snow and Main… and I would give the advantage to James Snow and Main for proximity to the highway plus the Go Train and shopping.
But the real start of the show today is the home on Holly. It’s functionally a detached home (linked by the foundation), and it looks like it’s in good shape. I don’t know what it is about Timberlea starter homes this week, but there’s been a bounty of them.
