If there’s one lesson I could teach someone who wants to sell their home, it’s to NOT take photos at night.  It seems so obvious, but it’s amazing to me that in the year 2013, we still run into horrible MLS photos.  First rant of the year… thank you for listening!  🙂

Interesting look at the new 2-bed / 2-bath at the Greenlife building – do you see the value per square foot, or is it based on the amount of rooms?  Depending on your perspective, you might see this one priced anywhere within a $50k range (and for a cheaper, great alternative, click here).

And a reminder near the end that there are things you CAN change about a house, and there are things you CAN’T change.  Knowing the difference means a huge advantage to buyers that “get it”.
