Close, But Not Too Close!

In the world of appraisals, I’ve been told that there’s a saying, “close, but not too close”.  Meaning it’s great to be close to that plaza or the 401, but not too close where it adversely affects value.  We’ll talk about that when we take a closer look at one of today’s homes.
