There are only nine properties from the entire weekend. I guess everybody was too busy watching Mayweather-McGregor to worry about selling their home!
661 Childs starts us off with my favourite condo townhouse complex, and we finish with a half-acre of land right here in town.
In between, we have a mix of properties that either have bad photos, bad staging (Christmas lights in August???) or both.
But in the case of Stringer, they have GOOD everything. That’s our Pick of the Day ™.
There are a couple of good semi-detached homes in this list, too. I didn’t talk about them in the video, but they’re definitely worth mentioning here.
