I know it’s not for everybody, but I bet there’s a core group of people that would love to walk to the LCBO. Well, one of today’s homes is just a few doors away. How convenient is THAT! Plus, there’s a group of 3-4 really decent double garage homes under $550k. That puts pressure on the single garage homes listing in the $500’s, and it even puts a little pressure on the double garages in the higher $500’s.
We’ll talk about why you shouldn’t just look at the maintenance fees, but also what they include. And there are two units at the Greenlife I building on Main, which has the LOWEST condo fees in Canada thanks to geothermal heat, solar panels and lots more.
