Mitchell looks like a very good deal, especially if you put some hardwood inside. Another 4th floor at Maple Crossing, plus a few decent double garage houses.
And I try to remain constructive in my criticism… despite the fact that sometimes very little effort is made by anybody to actually SELL some of these homes.
