This list is pure fire. Wow. There’s a great townhouse deal on Hobbs, with nice high 9-foot ceilings, plus possibly the best home of the entire month on Hemlock… a renovated bungalow with a pool. Homes like Hemlock are like seeing Bigfoot, they hardly ever come out. And a good solid price at just under $500k too. Ring the alarm!
Good Sterling model on Ferguson, plus some nice Heathwood homes and the home on Beaty oozes pride of ownership and it backs onto a pond. With a new price under $600k, I think they’re set up for success. Definitely one of the best lists we’ve seen in a while. Enjoy, and have a lovely weekend!
