One of today’s homes has the potential to break the price record in New Milton… which I happen to hold. 🙂 It’s REALLY nice, but will it set a new mark? It all comes down to ONE critical thing, which I’ll talk about in the video.
Plus, the best deal in town for a 2000+ sq.ft. home on Ferguson, and I’m really liking the Cunningham listing – nicely upgraded, with a triple garage and a big chunk of land. Finally, some of today’s homes need to cool it on the colour a little bit – stay neutral my friends! 🙂
