We’ve been humming at a minimum of 10 listings per day for the ENTIRE month of August, and today there’s only six. It’s a nice little break from the norm, and I think most people are ready for the kids to go back to school so routine can start again. 🙂
Two condos at Maple Crossing, both on the desirable top floor with the higher ceilings… and aside from the basic builder finishes, they both get passing grades. A couple of detached single garage homes on nice quiet streets (one of which has been OVER improved), and a country bungalow on 2-acres.
