Welcome to 417 Baverstock Crescent in Milton.

This end unit townhome is located in the popular Clarke neighbourhood, which is known for its parks, abundant school options, and green spaces.

This community is considered to be the “original” of newer Milton neighbourhoods, and is close to the 401, GO Station, and neighbouring Mississauga.

Walking up to the home the first thing you will notice is the inviting porch and beautiful gardens. Many days have been spent sitting here, watching the kids ride their bikes or create chalk drawings on the sidewalk.

Stepping into the home there is a large mirrored closet with ample storage for all your jackets and shoes. You can also access the garage from the foyer, which helps make bringing home the groceries a breeze. A few steps down and you can find a really large powder room, with wainscotting and California shutters.

Stepping up into the dining area gives you sight lines of the entire main floor. Being an end unit means you get to enjoy the extra sunlight from the large window here. Wainscotting, hardwood floors, and California shutters help round out this space.

The family room is just off of the dining room and overlooks the oversized backyard. The gas fireplace is perfect for those cold winter nights, and detailed crown molding gives the room a sense of elegance.

There is plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen. It has more than enough counter and cabinet storage. You will love the expanded pantry.

It’s from here that you can access the backyard through the garden doors. And you are in for a big treat when you step outside!

The backyard is where the best memories were made. You immediately notice how private and spacious it is with multiple options to relax and play. Enjoy an evening BBQ or a morning coffee here.

You have the choice of shade or sun and there is no shortage of space even with the large shed for storage. You won’t find a townhouse with a backyard like this often!

On the second floor you have three bedrooms and two recently renovated bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a walk in closet, California shutters and an ensuite with a beautiful glass shower. The hardwood floors continue throughout this level.

And finally, you have the basement. In this area you will notice the fresh carpeting and a large bonus family room, perfect for games or movie nights.

There is even a small office tucked away with its own door for privacy.  There is ample storage in the laundry room area, complete with a sink.

The family is going to miss living here. The neighbours are friendly and look out for one another. There are often children playing and riding their bikes to the park just around the corner (which is getting a makeover!). You are going to love living here too.

About the Neighbourhood

Clarke

In 1999, Milton got access to a new water supply, which meant the doors were wide open for development. Builder sales centres were in the middle of farm fields, and the Clarke and Dempsey neighbourhoods began to take shape at the turn of the millennium, with original purchase prices in the $140,000 to $230,000 range. The neighbourhood is now firmly established as a friendly place to live, with more mature trees and a closer proximity to Mississauga and Toronto than the brand new west neighbourhoods.
