Welcome to 1040 Cumming Boulevard!

Situated on a large and beautifully landscaped premium corner-lot, this impeccable all-brick home is impressive both inside and out. With a long list of features, we think you’ll find it to be a very attractive option for your next home.

Inside you’ll find a well-designed floor plan with lots of open space plus sought after finishes such as nine-foot ceilings, rich brown hardwood flooring on both levels (carpet-free, perfect for those who struggle with allergies) and gorgeous upgraded light fixtures throughout. The carefully chosen and freshly painted colours, provide a feeling of tranquility and comfort.

There’s lots of natural light all day long, and the best part is that NO interior walls are shared between the homes – the garage is the ONLY part of the home connected to the neighbour.

With a combined living/dining room, a separate family room with a gas fireplace – perfect for those cozy nights in, and an impressive eat-in kitchen on the main level, there’s lots of space to accommodate everyone in your family – especially during these strange pandemic times. From this level you can also access the powder room and garage.

The family-sized kitchen was recently refaced with new cabinet doors and door fronts, gorgeous quartz-counters, an undermount sink and a timeless backsplash. Professionally painted cabinets, newly purchased slate coloured stainless steel appliances, and chic light fixtures complete the look. For less formal everyday life, the breakfast bar offers a place to grab a quick bite or coffee in the morning.

From the kitchen you can access the backyard and unwind after a long day in the new hot tub. The current owners spared no expense having this installed – obtaining the proper town permits and having the electrical certified by ESA (paperwork will be provided to the new owners).

It’s a Hydropool Self-Cleaning model, retailing for over $10,000 brand new.  You’ll also note it rests on a concrete slab to ensure an extra layer of protection and stability between the hot tub and the bare ground.

Upstairs you’ll find three excellent-sized bedrooms with ample closet storage in each room.

The master retreat has a large walk-in closet and a four-piece ensuite including a huge soaker tub and separate shower.

The unfinished lower level offers an abundance of storage space and if you require additional living space, you can design it to suit your needs.

Centrally located in the Clarke neighbourhood of Milton, you’re within walking distance to the Milton Go Train station, awesome schools, and everyday amenities such as shopping, the library, Arts and Milton Leisure Centre.

It really is the perfect blend of an ideal location and a beautiful home.  Book a visit today to see it in person!

About the Neighbourhood

Clarke

In 1999, Milton got access to a new water supply, which meant the doors were wide open for development. Builder sales centres were in the middle of farm fields, and the Clarke and Dempsey neighbourhoods began to take shape at the turn of the millennium, with original purchase prices in the $140,000 to $230,000 range. The neighbourhood is now firmly established as a friendly place to live, with more mature trees and a closer proximity to Mississauga and Toronto than the brand new west neighbourhoods.
