I’m shaking my head lately at buyer choices. Why won’t anyone buy Leiterman or Tonelli? They both seem like great deals! I guess we’re seeing that all over the place. I know for a fact that our listings at 222 Dixon and 674 Edwards are both outstanding deals, but they’re still looking for the right buyer. Even the home on Martin backing onto Mill Pond… there are so many examples. Either way, if you’re looking to buy right now, there are some great opportunities for you.
I’m a little harsh on most of today’s list, but there are some good standouts. If you like a yard with no neighbours behind and a quiet street, then Bowring could be the one.
